单位############，采购****学年义务教育免费专题地方教材、教辅材料。基于中小学教材等教学用书的特殊性，根据国家《出版管理条例》、******************************场管理规定》、《中小学教材管理办法》等有关文件的规定，从事中小学教科书发行业务的单位须取得国家新闻出版行政管理部门批准的中小学教科书发行资质，具有与中小学教科书发行业务相适应的组织机构、发行人员和自有物流配送体系，具有能够保证中小学教科书储存质量要求的、与其经营品种和规模相适应的储运能力，具有相应的中小学教科书储备、调剂、添货、零售及售后服务能力等。目前，浙******************************是唯一一家获得“在******************************内******************************）开展中学小学教科书发行活动”的出版物经营许可证的单位。
浙***************************************************************************************、区)新华书店负责本区域内中小学教材及有关教辅材料的征订发行工作。为确******************************教学用书按计划分地区供应,各地新华书店不能跨区征订,不接受外地学校订数,不向任何不具备教科书发行资质的经营单位和个人批发供书。目前，慈******************************是获得浙******************************独家授权的在******************************************************域（含前湾新区）发行教材、有关教辅材料的单位。
