3、投标人若为所投产品制造商的分公司，须同时出具总公司的营业执照以及总公司针对本项目的投标授权书；
4、投标人若为所投产品的代理商，则须出具有效的经销代理资格证明；
5、联合体投标情形：
本项目不接受联合体投标；
6、投标人授权代表须具有中华人民共和国第二代居民身份证；
7、投标人未曾为本项目提供过整体设计、规范编制或者项目管理、监理、检测等服务。
